Afrique Sogue presents live West African drumming and dance performances for festivals, schools, private events, and community gatherings.
Our objective is to educate youth through traditional West African arts, fostering respect for cultural diversity while nurturing creativity, self-expression, and healthy physical activity. Through music, song, and dance, Afrique Sogue inspires excitement for learning and supports diverse needs in academic curricula and child development.
Performances & Touring
Afrique Sogue presents live West African drumming and dance performances for festivals, schools, private events, and community gatherings. Artistic Director Mohamed Lamine Bangoura is currently traveling and touring throughout Africa, deepening cultural exchange and artistic collaboration. Performances continue internationally and across the United States.
