Accomodation and Meals
Nourish your body and enjoy the flavors of traditional African and international cuisine. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served daily. Breakfast is simple and consists of coffee, tea, bread, cheese, jam and fruit.The main dish in Guinea includes fish or chicken, rice (staple food) with potato or cassava (manioc) leaves, sauce, and vegetables or other grain/starch.
All food is prepared fresh daily and included in your trip cost. Vegetarian meals are available upon request. Please inform us of any allergies or special dietary needs. Clean water will be provided, or quench your thirst with Guinea’s exotic fruits and traditional drinks such as ginger juice, hibiscus, kenkeliba, lemongrass, etc.
Cooking classes are also available upon request!
